Q: What are the qualifications procedures? A: You will need to be at least 18 years of age with a verifiable income of 2.5 times the monthly rental amount, complete a rental application and pay a non refundable $30 credit check fee. Q: How much do you charge for parking? A: Parking is included in our gated parking area. One bedroom apartments receive 1 space and 2 bedroom apartments receive a tandem (double space) Back to Top
Q: What are the move-in costs? A: One bedroom; $800 security deposit plus 1st months rent. Two bedroom; $1000 security deposit plus 1st months rent. Back to Top
Q: What utilities am I responsible for? A: The property pays for water, sewage and trash. You are responsible for natural gas and electricity. Back to Top
Q: I have young children. Can they use the pool unattended? A: Children under the age of 16 can only use the facilities when a parent is present. There are no lifeguards at the pool and safety is our greatest concern. Back to Top
Q: Do I need to reserve the Barbeques for grilling? A: The barbeques are used on a first come first serve basis. We ask that you remain with your grilling during the entire time they are cooking. There are two separate areas available for your convenience. Back to Top
Q: What happens if I need to contact someone in an emergency after hours? A: We have on-site management that can be contacted in an emergency. If you lock yourself out of your apartment after hours that is not considered an emergency and you will be assessed a fee.
Q: How far is Sophia Ridge from UCLA, Downtown, Burbank and Valencia? A: Sophia Ridge is only minutes from the 405 and 101 freeways. Because it is centrally located, you can get to most locations within 45 minutes except during peak rush hours. Back to Top
Q: How do I get to Sophia Ridge? A: Sophia Ridge can be reached from the 101 Freeway by exiting at Reseda Blvd and traveling north for four miles to 9601 Reseda Blvd.
If you are on the 118 Freeway, exit at Reseda and travel south to the property. It is approximately 3 miles.
From the 405 Freeway, exit at Devonshire Boulevard and travel west to Reseda Blvd. Turn left (south) on Reseda to 9601 Reseda. Back to Top
