Our rental rates are:
One Bedroom: $1100-1150 (approx 650-750 sq. ft.)
Two Bedroom: $1395-1495 (approx 950-1000 sq. ft)
There is a non refundable application credit fee of $30 per applicant.
We offer six, nine and 12 month leases. A Security Deposit of $800 for one bedroom and $1000 for two bedroom is required. Additional Security may be required for applicants with marginal or no established credit.
