Rental Rates

Sophia Ridge features one bedroom and two bedroom apartments.

Our rental rates are:

One Bedroom: $1195-1295 (approx 650-750 sq. ft.)
Two Bedroom: $1495-1695 (approx 950-1000 sq. ft)

There is a non refundable credit application fee of $30 per applicant.

We offer six, nine and twelve month leases. A Security Deposit of $800 for one bedroom and $1000 for two bedroom is required. Additional Security may be required for applicants with marginal or no established credit.
